Wolverine is Hugh Jackman, Period
Entertainment: Wolverine is Hugh Jackman, Period. One of the best characters in movie history. Without question the greatest casting choice in the history of cinema. What’s crazy is that he’s so good in the role as he ages.
‘Deadpool and Wolverine‘ movie showed us another side of Wolverine. Hugh Jackman. It shows us how remarkably talented you are after playing this character for 24+ years. Then, now & forever! Thank you for entertaining us on screen for so many years.
Seeing Hugh Jackman wearing the mask is something I will never get tired of. I cannot believe this is real. It is literally peak Wolverine animosity; I can’t stop thinking about it.
Hugh Jackman literally wanted to come back; if anything, he’s probably glad he gets to be Wolverine in the MCU and potentially interact with other heroes.
This is something he wanted to do in awhile, and now that’s possible, so good for him. I feel like there’s a misconception that Jackman just hates playing Wolverine anymore. It’s pretty clear that he adores the character. And also, like every single other person on earth, loves money.
Wolverine is Hugh Jackman, Period
I absolutely loved the ‘Deadpool and Wolverine’ movie to the point. It would be a good end or a new start. If this is last time he plays Wolverine and Ryan Reynolds last time playing Deadpool (doubt it for Ryan). This is a good way to end it.
Hugh basically decided he loved Ryan’s idea and called him to say yes the day before Ryan was to pitch it to Marvel. That Ryan actually didn’t have to do anything really to get him in.
I am betting on his next movie being a lot more lighthearted—maybe a “Teacher Logan” kind of story? X-Man evolution was so inspired by having him in that role, I think Jackman would love it. It’s truly a testament to Hugh’s acting skills that while being famous for being just the nicest guy, he can also play the most vicious, brutal, and violent character in the MCU so convincingly.
After many years of playing Wolverine, literally no other actor could’ve done this role way better than Hugh Jackman. He was doubted at first because of his height, and he was a last-minute replacement, yet he proved everyone that he’s the Wolverine that’s worthy on the big screen. So proud of him
