Agatha All Along: A Deep Dive into the Series Finale
MCU/TV series. Agatha All Along: A Deep Dive into the Series Finale.
Agatha All Along Episode 8 and Episode 9 will feature all-out battles between Agatha and Rio, aka Mistress Death! Will Mephisto be arriving in the post-credits? What about Billy Maximoff, Tommy, and Nicholas Scratch, among others? Will the truth come out?
Patti Lupone deserves an Emmy for her performance on this show, especially the 7 episode. Jac Schaeffer is a top-notch genius! No one’s touching that Scarlet Witch movie but her! Joe Locke wasn’t lying when he said that Ep. 7 was the best episode. Makes me feel a little bit nervous about the finale but at least I’ll take comfort in knowing I’ll enjoy it more than Secret Invasion.
Agatha All Along is such an AMAZING series. I can’t wait for more Wanda Vision, Scarlet Witch, and the Midnight Sons movies with Blade and Ghostrider! Connecting The Wizard of Oz references and the World’s Fair with Loki is perfect! The World’s Fair and the Emerald City are historically linked, so Agatha being at the World’s Fair makes total sense.
Protection and good luck are symbols of the pentagram. The blue pentagram is significant to Wiccan. It is the symbol of the Demiurge. It could be Billy tapping into his Demiurge powers.
In comics, Billy is the beginning stage of the Demiurge. So powerful that he can change the laws of magic itself to warp and change realities. I’m here for it.
Agatha All Along: A Deep Dive into the Series Finale
I love that there’s a number of people obsessing over Agatha All Along (small TV series) that “no-one asked for [this].” I remember this particular feeling about WandaVision, Loki S1, and FATWS post-Endgame. So, I hope it sticks to the landing this week!
Just an added note. I don’t know if someone already said this, but, when I saw the Salem’s Seven walking backwards, I remembered a Halloween superstition, where, if you wear your clothes inside out and walked backwards, you’ll spot a witch. I think that’s pretty neat.
Multiverse Saga had exceptional build-up and progression in the presentation of such stories. The supernatural and esoteric aspects of Marvel provide such exceptional potential. It is fertile ground for such amazing and psychologically fascinating stand-alone storytelling possibilities. The Werewolf by Night adaptation starring Gael García Bernál is a prime example of this notion, as well.
The wildest episode of WandaVision to me was the Halloween episode. The build-up to Vision finding the glitching people, and for some reason “Agatha All Along” was at the edge of town. And then that horrifying scene of Vision trying to leave the hex and having himself ripped apart.
More Supernatural TV shows?
Just thought of this about the vision quest. If it is meant to be the third part in a trilogy of these supernatural shows, what if that’s the point? It’s about vision reconnecting with his soul, the peace imparted by the mind stone. He won’t be able to handle things through his usual technological means.
That is the idea of a vision quest after all, a spiritual journey. Maybe it’s the story of Vision really regaining himself with the help of Billy and hopefully Tommy, and if we’re very lucky, Wanda. I really want to see them happy, at least for a bit longer.
